Let's co-create a workshop together! Where I bring my knowledge of herbal medicine to a group of you and your choice of friends on a topic that we discuss and decide. Sample topics include: Introduction to Plant and Mushroom Medicines - Overview of how to utilize natural medicines to support our bodies and our loved ones. We go over herbs for the immune system, nervous system, respiratory system, digestion, skin health, and heart health. I also teach you all how to make your own tinctures, infused oils, salves, lotions, aromatherapy sprays, and more DIY Facial Care - We make our own facial care line including a Brown Sugar Frankincense Facial Scrub, Rosewater Toner, and Jasmine Rose Facial Oil. I provide all supplies Spa Day - An at-home herbal spa day! Where you and your friends make your own foot soaks, massage oils, herbal steams, facials, and more Herbal Aphrodisiacs - An introduction to how to incorporate herbal medicines into your life to enhance your sensuality. We go over herbs that stimulate the senses, increase circulation, and calm the nerves to increase pathways to pleasure, and how to make your own massage oils, natural lubricant, aromatic candles, arousing elixirs, and more
